鹽酸罐的材質選擇塑料較為理想

鹽酸的腐蝕性非常大，所以在鹽酸罐的材質上需要比較嚴謹的選擇。而且隨濃度溫度的增加而增加。因此儲罐選擇好的材質事關重要。一般非金屬對其有很好抗腐蝕性，在使用溫度不太高的情況下，選擇塑料較為理想。下面是一些其他的鹽酸儲罐的材質選擇參考。塑料儲罐加工性能以聚乙烯(PE)特別合適，可滾塑一體成型，使用壽命高于其他塑料儲罐。其他塑料只能焊接成型，聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)不能焊接成型只能采用壓熔、模壓鑄造等技術。

鹽酸儲存時應注意的事項

1、將鹽酸儲存于陰涼、通風的庫房。庫溫不超過30℃，相對濕度不超過85％。保持容器密封。應與堿類、胺類、堿金屬、易（可）燃物分開存放，切忌混儲。儲區應備有泄漏應急處理設備和合適的收容材料�！　�

2、用堿液－石灰水中和，生成氯化鈉和氯化鈣，用水稀釋后排入廢水系統�！　�

3、用耐酸壇或陶瓷瓶外普通木箱或半花格木箱；玻璃瓶或塑料桶（罐）外普通木箱或半花格木箱；磨砂口玻璃瓶或螺紋口玻璃瓶外普通木箱；螺紋口玻璃瓶、鐵蓋壓口玻璃瓶、塑料瓶或金屬桶（罐）外普通木箱裝在鹽酸。
